STORE POLICY

Pick Ups:

​

1. If you are unhappy with your order, bring the matter to attention before you leave Ve'Sugar. Once you leave the Ve'Sugar location with your order, we cannot help you solve any issues – all sales are final.

3. You will be asked to sign a waiver on relatable cakes or desserts (3 tiers or more) when picking up the cake or dessert yourself. This release states that the order was acceptable to your preference, and once you leave the Ve'Sugar location, the cake or dessert becomes your responsibility.

4. Due to difference in cake & dessert sizes and cake board sizes, all cake or dessert boxes may not be available for your size of cake or dessert. We can cover and protect the cake or dessert to your satisfaction before you leave, with the materials we have in location. On some occasions, we will not put your dessert or cake in a box depending on the size (height and width) of the cake or dessert.

Deliveries:

We offer cake or desert deliveries up to 20 miles from our location in Greenvile SC if Ve'Sugar agrees to deliver. Deliveries are based on the physical delivery address and are based on a first come-first serve basis. There is always a delivery charge, no matter where we are going that will be discussed at the time the delivery is agreed to.

Payment:

All Sales Are Final. No Exceptions. Ve'Sugar requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit/retainer to book any order. All major cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and cash.

All orders that require delivery – payment must be paid in full 1 day (24 hours) prior to delivery. Cakes will not be delivered unless the payment is received. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD).

Cancellations:

​

The 50% retainer/deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable – this secures your order and is retained as a booking fee. All Sales Are Final. No Exceptions.

If the cake is paid in full at the time of the cancellation and is not within 7 days of pickup, then 50% of the full payment can be issued as a store credit. If you are in need of postponing your order to another date, please call the Ve'Sugar location directly — please do not email.

Once the 50% deposit has been placed, be it 5 minutes after or 100 years later the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Before placing the order, ensure that you want to place the cake order.

Changes In Orders:

 

Ve'Sugars understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible.
We accept changes (flavors, fillings and some designs) for your order with 7 days notice before delivery or pick up date. This does not apply for wedding and groom's cakes or last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours or cakes/desserts with intrincate designs. This is because for some designs (such as sugar flowers or 3D characters) our team may need more than 10 days in advance to start working on the decoration of your cake.

All changes must be handled and confirmed directly with a staff member of Ve'Sugar.
